		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the succinct explanation of the &quot;reality&quot; in NC for Pre-K. Not only were #s of children cut, so were staff positions to support implementation of the high quality (former) More At Four Program, now administered by a different state agency.  Additional negative impacts are on the reduction in blending of funding, resulting in limited inclusive education options for Preschoolers with disabilities...... Indeed a loss of the progress made over the last 20+ years in our state!]]></description>
